My Cafe Idea

I have always dreamed of having my own cozy little cafe somewhere. Here are some ideas on how it would look and feel. I don't like cafes that are really busy and loud for the whole day, so I would hope to have it in a location where it would not always be crazy busy. Near a University would be ideal, it would only really be busy during the early morning, lunch and maybe after school for a couple hours. I want it to have a really cozy vibe with warm tones and wood textures. I could have a fireplace if it is in a colder climate.
